Goods returned that are bought in error can be returned but may be subject to a handling charge and return postage can't be covered.

Items deliberately mishandled or damaged can't be entertained

We use Royal Mail as our main carrier and are obviously subject to their delivery timescales. We aim to post out very quickly after payment's received and will keep you informed right through the process.

If you are in one of those regions your payment will be immediately refunded and the order cancelled. We currently can't supply into any PO Box, countries in conflict and certain other areas.
