I WANT TO SELL..WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

We will start with a chat...this can be by phone...by e mail..by text or WhatsApp. You'll get honest advice and our guarantee that what we say...is what we mean...and what we'll do for you. After that...it's up to you. No pressure...no pestering...ever!

SO... WE'D LIKE TO SELL OUR MODELS TO YOU..

WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT?

It's always difficult selling something you've collected, something you love, something you've worked hard to buy, something you'd made plans for...and equally, something that meant the world to someone you loved.

We know this all too well. We are modellers ourselves and understand the meaning of these things to us all.

We'll make an arrangement to visit if that's what you want and we'll be on time! For us, an appointment means exactly that. And, when you are happy, we will make a deal and crucially, you'll be paid. We can do this in cash there and then, cheque or bank transfer..what ever suits you... no problem!

YOU'VE BOUGHT SOMETHING FROM US...AND YOU'RE NOT HAPPY...?

Here...you're dealing with people just like you...a family of ordinary people. Sometimes things go wrong... it arrived broken, it wasn't right with a defect that you weren't expecting perhaps...whatever the problem... that could be you, could be us, the transport..we are all human and make a mess of it!

But what's crucial to us is that you're happy and we find a solution to a problem together

The only thing we say...is do be careful...and do be fair. If you drop it while getting out it of it's box for instance..that's not our fault...

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay in all the usual ways, cash (don't send cash in the post though), cheque or Postal Order (payable uncrossed to TW Models ) or use your card with PayPal which is completely secure.
